By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

1. Products

• All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in scent, color, and appearance may occur and are part of the handmade process.

• Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our accuracy.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We accept payments via GCash, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.

• Orders without confirmed payment after 48 hours may be cancelled.

3. Shipping

• We ship nationwide via J&T Express.

• Shipping fee is based on weight and region.

• Tracking details will be provided once the package is dispatched.

• LushMelt Candle is not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and if not yet shipped.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.

• Discounts apply only within the valid promotion period.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and branding on this site are owned by LushMelt Candle and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
